Ford with eight colour plates ( all present ) and numerous black and white illustrations throughout. A UK first edition. The book is square and tight. The boards are bright. The corners are sharp. The spine is slightly blotchy - see scans. The gilt on the spine and front board is bright and bold. The spine ends are gently bruised. The pages are clean. No dog-eared pages. The binding is solid. There is a contemporary ( 1910 ) gift inscription on the ffep. A well preserved copy.
