Poems chosen from the flower of ancient Hebrew literature. Quarter bound in green leather over burgundy buckram boards. Lettered in gilt to the spine. Number 32 of 125 copies printed by Christopher & Anthony Sandford and Owen Rutter at the Golden Cockerel Press. Illustrated with 12 wood-engravings by Mary Groom. A Very Good ++ copy. Clean, unfaded boards. Solid, lightly sunned spine. Sharp corners. Internally bright. There is a small, neat gift inscription on the ffep. No previous ownership inscriptions. Spine is faded _ as is so often the case - and a little chaffed. Uncommon. A decent copy.
