Barthes, Roland - Writing Degree Zero (uncorrected proof copy)

An uncorrected UK proof ( Advanced Reader's Copy ). This is a bright, clean copy without previous ownership inscriptions. The covers are fresh and unfaded. The spine is solid and intact. The pages and closed page edges are clean. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges or loose pages. The ffep is marked where a publisher's label has detached - the label is still present. This copy comes with a dust wrapper which is gently faded at the spine and, because it is bigger than the proof, is bruised at the upper edges. Uncommon. Given the fragility of proof copies, this is in very nice condition.
