Christie, Agatha - The Murder at the Vicarage

A US first edition, first impression.

Wrapper: The wrapper on this copy has seen better days. It is worn, chipped and shows loss to the back panel and spine. Some of the edges are kept together with tape. It is nevertheless hanging on in there and as there are very few still out there, it is better than no wrapper at all.

Book: The book is square and tight. The boards are clean - though faded in areas where there has been loss to the wrapper. The spine ends are bruised and faded. The pages are clean. No foxing. The closed page edges are toned. The binding is solid and without cracked hinges. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The first Miss Marple mystery.
