Churchill, Winston - My African Journey

Original red cloth with illustration to front board. Rebacked. Gilt lettering to the spine. All maps ( 3 ) and all illustrations present. A first edition, first impression. The book is sound, clean and tight. The front and back boards are clean. Each corner is inconsequentially rubbed. The rebacked spine is toned. The pages are clean, the endpapers show ghosting. There is the occasional spot throughout. The closed page edges are dulled and a little grubby. Some page corners are bruised. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges, no loose pages. There is a neat previous ownership inscription on the ffep. A nice copy.
