WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is bright and complete. It is unclipped. It is gently worn and toned to all the edges. The spine panel is toned. The wrapper has been re-inforced with conservation tape to the reverse. The tipped on colour illustration on the front cover is bright and bold.
BOOK : The boards are clean, showing light toning to the edges,. All the corners are bumped. The spine ends are bruised. The uncut pages are clean and bright - there is ghosting to the endpapers. The closed page edges are a little dulled, the leading edge is foxed. The binding is solid and without cracked hinges. There are no ownership inscriptions. A nice copy of an uncommon book.
