Originally published 1889, this copy is a bright. wrappered reprint - undated, but from the late 1920's.

WRAPPER : The period wrapper on this copy is bright and complete. It is unclipped, showing the price 1/6 on the inside flap. It is lightly worn at the edges and the spine ends. The spine is unfaded, the from panel illustration is fresh. The white back panel is slightly soiled. Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is tight and fresh. The orange boards are unfaded and bright. The corners are sharp. There is a touch of trivial bruising to the spine ends. The text block is clean. The closed page edges are a little dulled. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A bright copy in a protected wrapper.
