Crossley-Holland, Kevin - The Rain-Giver

A UK first edition, first impression. Bernard Stone's copy - with a typed letter to Stone from the publisher who has mistakenly addressed Bernard Stone as Mr Stoner. I'm sure he would have been amused.

Wrapper : The wrapper on this copy is bright, unfaded and complete. It is unclipped. It shows a touch of light soiling to the back panel. Looks sharp.

Book : The book is square and very tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded, the corners sharp. There is a touch of gentle bruising to the spine ends. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are sound. No dog-eared pages. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. A very nice copy in a protected wrapper.
