WRAPPER : The scarce and evocative period wrapper on this copy is bright, complete and unclipped. There is gentle wear to all the edges and the spine ends show shallow chipping. It shows overall light soiling and there are small tape residue marks on the reverse. Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded. The corners are sharp. The spine ends are gently bruised. The text block is clean. The closed page edges are toned and flecked. There are no loose pages. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. A decent copy in a protected wrapper.
