A first UK edition, first impression of the author's third book.

Wrapper : The wrapper on this copy is bright, clean, and complete. It shows light bumping and rubbing to the head and tail of the spine and slight ( but not especially pronounced ) sunning to the pink lettering of the author's name. It is unclipped, the price having been scribbled out in blue biro. Looks very sharp.

Book : The book is square and very tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded, the corners sharp. The head and tail of the spine is bruised. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are a touch dusty and show flecking. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. No remainder marks. A decent copy. *
