Facsimile edition of The Nonesuch Dickens, originally published in 1937 by the Nonesuch Press. Quarter bound in black leather over dark brown boards. Leather inlay to upper board and leather label to spine. In an acetate cover, but without ( as seems to be common in the UK ) the publisher's wraparound. The acetate protector is lightly marked and smudged. A near fine ++ book - bright, clean and unfaded. Clean boards, showing one or two barely discernible marks. Fresh text block and tight binding. No ownership inscriptions and no remainder marks. A fresh copy. Please note that this is a heavy book and postage will be a more than standard.
