A UK first edition, first impression.
WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is bright, clean, unfaded and complete. It is unclipped. It shows a tiny trace of wear at the foot of the spine. Looks very sharp.
BOOK : The book is square and very tight. The boards are sound ( two small marks on the front board - inconsequential ), the corners are sharp. The pages are clean. No foxing. The closed page edges are sound - the top edge shows very occasional spotting. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A very nice copy in a protected wrapper.
