WRAPPER : The evocative unrestored period wrapper on this copy is complete and unclipped. It is unclipped, showing the price 15/- on the inside flap. It shows gentle soiling to the back panel and light wear to the upper edges. Well preserved. Looks very sharp in protective plastic.
BOOK : The book is tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are gently soiled, the spine is a little toned. The corners are sharp. There is a touch of trivial bruising to the spine ends. The text block is clean - there is light foxing to the opening and closing pages. The closed page edges are a touch dusty. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. A very nice copy.
