Book : The book is square and very tight. The boards are clean and unfaded. The corners are sharp. The spine ends show minimal bruising. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are a touch dusty - the top edge is flecked. No dog-eared pages. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. There is a small, neat contemporary ( 1948 ) ownership inscription - name and address - on the half title page. An attractive copy in a protected wrapper.
