WRAPPER : The wrapper is bright and complete. It has been clipped. There are internal tape reinforcements to the head and tail of the spine, as well as to the edge of both inner flaps. The spine is gently toned. The spine is scuffed and nicked at the ends. The panels are generally smart with just the odd light mark, and a few light creases to the bottom edge of the front panel. Looks solid.
BOOK : The book is sharp and tight. The boards are bright and attractive. The gilt titles to the spine just a touch faded. There is light bruising to the head and tail of the spine. The closed page edges are clean and unspotted. Internally, the pages are bright and clean throughout - no foxing or marks. There is a neat contemporary ownership inscription in ink to front pastedown. A decent copy.
