WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is bright and unfaded. It has been clipped. The front panel is bright, sharp and unfaded, with minor chipping to the extremities. Neat closed tear affecting the first E of Leslie at the top edge of the cover. Some loss to the head of the spine not affecting titles. Closed tear of 1" to rear panel affecting London, some discolouration to rear panel. Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is square and very tight. The boards are very clean. The spine ends are bruised, particularly at the head. Extremities similarly lightly bumped. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are sound, if dulled and a little dusty. The final leaves have been bumped a little to the top corner. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges. No previous ownership inscriptions. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
