A US first edition, first impression in the uncommon wrapper. 1932 stated on the title page.

WRAPPER : The period wrapper on this copy is bright and complete. It is unclipped, showing the price $2.00 on the inside flap. It shows light rubbing to all edges and corners and a trace of staining ( only visible on the reverse of the wrapper ) to the lower corners. The spine panel is lightly toned and is lightly scuffed at the ends. Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is square and very tight. The boards are bright. The corners are sharp. The spine ends are bruised. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are a tad dusty. The binding is solid and without cracked hinges. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A very nice copy in a protected wrapper.
