Golding, William - The Brass Butterfly

The Faber school edition, issued in 1963 without a dust wrapper and with an introduction by Golding. Relatively uncommon. A UK first edition thus. A fine copy - square and very tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded.The pages are very clean. The closed page edges are unmarked. No dog-eared pages. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. An attractive copy in a protected wrapper.
