WRAPPER : The evocative period wrapper on this copy is complete and unclipped. The front panel is unfaded, it is a little soiled and shows a slither of loss at the top of the leading edge crease. There are surface creases to the upper quarter of the panel. The spine is unfaded. It is gently soiled and the spine ends are scuffed. The back panel is lightly soiled and shows tiny nicks at the spine corners. Looks sharp in protective plastic.
BOOK : The book is tight and bright. The boards are clean, bright and unfaded. There is slight bruising to the spine ends. The pages are clean - no endpapers as issued. The closed page edges are sound. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
