The ORIGINAL, hand-painted dustwrapper artwork by William Randell for Collins Thriller title, Death at Traitor's Gate. The book, by Victor Gunn, was later to be published in 1960. This piece is hand-painted and measures 195 mm x 155 mm. It is mounted on a white board. The margins of the board include pencilled instructions to the printer, with further instructions and details on a pink slip pasted to the back. The piece is unsigned. The piece is lightly soiled, primarily to the white board margins, but is otherwise fresh and unfaded. Unique.
