Harding, Emily G - Hazel or Perilpoint Lighthouse

Undated well preserved reissue in Simpkin's Evergreen Library series. Probably late 1920's / early 1930's. Uncommon in this condition.

WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy ( artwork by Aris ) is bright, clean and complete. It is unclipped, showing the price 3/6 on the inside flap. It shows light soiling to the unfaded spine and a small ( 2cm ) closed tear running down from the upper edge of the front panel. Looks very sharp.

BOOK : The book is bright and tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions, but there is a prize label attached to the front pastedown. The boards are very bright and very clean. The corners are sharp. The spine ends are very slightly bruised. The text block is clean. The closed page edges are faintly flecked. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. A very nice, well preserved copy in a protected wrapper.
