WRAPPER : The evocative period wrapper on this copy is very bright, is unfaded and is complete. It is unclipped. The front panel and pictorial spine are clean, unfaded and well preserved. The spine ends are bruised and lightly scuffed. The white back panel is gently soiled. Looks sharp.

BOOK : The book is square and tight. The boards are sound, the spine has faded. The corners sharp. The pages are clean and bright. No foxing. The closed page edges are unmarked. No dog-eared pages. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. There is an ownership inscription on the ffep as well as a small Sunday school stamp. An attractive copy in a protected wrapper.
