The ORIGINAL, hand-painted dustwrapper artwork by Hans Helweg for Pan's The Long Summer of George Adams. The book, by Weldon Hill , was later to be published in 1964. This piece is hand-painted directly onto white board. Titles and logos have been mounted onto the board. Instructions in pen and pencil are also written on the margins of the piece. In total the piece measures 430 mm x 320 mm. The piece is unsigned. The artwork is in good shape - unfaded, bright and clean. There is tape residue in two places on the board - see photos. A unique item.
