WRAPPER : The evocative period wrapper on this copy is bright and complete. It is unclipped and unfaded. It shows faint soiling to all the panels and scuffing to the spine ends. Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is square and tight. The boards are clean, the corners are sharp. The head of the spine is gently bruised. The pages are clean. No foxing. The closed page edges are lightly toned with age and show occasional flecking. No dog-eared pages. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges. There is a discreet previous ownership inscription on the front pastedown, underneath the front inside flap of the wrapper. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
