Two volumes. Original orange cloth, gilt spine lettering and with boards stamped in blind. Bound by Westleys with their ticket. UK first editions, first impressions.

Books : The books are square and tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions - there is a bookplate on the front pastedowns. The boards are lightly soiled and are slightly rubbed at the extremities. The gilt on the spines is sound. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are a tad dusty and are lightly spotted. The bindings are generally tight - the back board hinge on volume 1 is cracked. Decent copies. Please note that t postage on these books will be a little more than standard.
