WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy - artwork by Gerald Scarfe - is bright, unfaded, clean and complete. It is unclipped. It shows light wear to the spine ends and the upper edges. The spine creases are rubbed and the white back panel is slightly soiled. Looks sharp.

BOOK : The book is square and very tight. The boards are clean, the corners sharp. The spine ends are bruised. The ages are clean. The closed page edges are sound - the top edge is dusty. No dog-eared pages. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A very nice copy in a protected wrapper.
