Books : The books are square and very tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions - there is a bookplate on the front pastedowns. The boards are clean and unfaded, the corners sharp. The gilt on the spines is bold. The pages are clean - there is ghosting to the ffeps. The closed page edges are sound - the top edges are dusty and lightly spotted. The bindings are tight - no cracked hinges. Decent copies. Please note that these are heavy books and postage will be more than standard.
