A bright, well preserved first edition, first impression.

WRAPPER : The period wrapper on this copy is bright, complete and very well preserved. It is unclipped. The front and back panels are bright, clean and unfaded. There is an inconsequential trace of wear to the top edge of the back panel. The spine ends shows trivial bruising to the ends. Looks very sharp.

BOOK : The book is square and very tight. The boards are fresh and clean. The corners are sharp. here is a hint of insignificant bruising tot he spine ends. The pages are clean. No foxing. The closed page edges are sound, if very slightly dusty. No dog-eared pages. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
