A 1940's UK reprint - a volume in Macmillan's Library Edition of the works of Rudyard Kipling.
Wrapper: The wrapper on this copy is clean, bright and unfaded. It shows trivial bruising and rubbing to the upper edges. Well preserved. Looks very sharp in protective plastic.
Book: The book is square and tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions - there is a bookplate on the front pastedown. The boards are very clean. The corners are sharp. The pages are bright. The closed page edges show very feint spotting. No loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges. A bright copy in a protected wrapper.
