Book : The book is bright and sound. The front and back boards are clean - both show bruising at the top edge and rubbing and bruising to the lower leading edge corner. The label on the front board is complete and without chips - it is slightly soiled. The spine is solid and unfaded. It is lightly bruised at the top and bottom. The pages are sound - the opening pages show light, isolated staining. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. No loose pages. There is a neat, contemporary ( dated 1922 ) ownership inscription on the half title page.
