WRAPPER : The evocative period wrapper on this copy is bright and complete. It is unclipped. It shows the price 3/6 on the spine. The front panel is sound, showing wear to the top edge. The spine is clean and unfaded. The head of the spine is gently scuffed and nicked. The back panel is bright, showing slight bruising to the top and bottom edges.
BOOK : The book is square and very tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean, the corners are sharp. The spine is gently faded, the spine ends are gently bruised. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are a tad dusty and show feint flecking. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
