An early UK reprint - unusual in this condition.
WRAPPER: The evocative period wrapper on this copy is bright, clean and complete. It is unclipped. The front panel is bright, unfaded and bold. The spine is clean and unfaded. It shows the barest hint of rubbing at the ends. The white back panel is clean - there is a trace of rubbing to the spine crease. Looks very sharp in protective plastic.
BOOK: The book is square and very tight. The boards are very clean and very bright. The corners are sharp. The pages are very clean. No foxing. The closed page edges are slightly toned and show occasional flecking. The binding is solid and without cracked hinges. There is a neat gift inscription on the ffep. A well preserved copy in a protected wrapper.
