A bright and well preserved copy with period artwork on the front cover. Uncommon. The book is tight, clean and bright. The front and back covers are unfaded and clean, showing just a tiny touch of rubbing and spotting to the edges. The spine is sound. It is gently soiled and spotted. It shows a tiny touch of wear at the head and tail. The back cover carries an advertisement for a 'hair raising, startling and amazing' Sophie Lyons - Queen of the Burglars - story. The pages are intact and without markings. The text block and closed page edges are - inevitably - tanned. The binding is intact. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. Uncommon.
