An uncorrected UK proof ( Advanced Reader's Copy ). This is a bright, clean copy, without inscriptions. The covers are bright, fresh and unfaded. There are no creases to the spine, which is solid and intact. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are sound - the top edge is lightly flecked. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges or loose pages. Comes in a wrapper which is worn and soiled at the edges and spine ends. Comes with what I take to be a proof wrapper which is complete, unclipped and unfaded. Because the wrapper is bigger than the book, the upper edges and the head of the spine are bruised and worn. The wrapper is also worn at the base of the spine. Given the fragility of proof copies, this is in very nice condition.
