Pain, Barry - In a Canadian Canoe

An early - undated - UK reprint in the very uncommon wrapper. Published circa 1915.

WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is complete and unclipped. It shows the price 2/- on the spine. The front panel is unfaded, showing minor nicking and gentle wear at each of the corners and gentle wear ( including two closed tears ) at the edges. The spine is lightly soiled and shows light wear at the top and the bottom. The back panel is soiled and shows light wear at the extremities. The edges of the inside flaps are soiled. Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded. The corners and spine ends are insignificantly bruised. The text block is clean- it is dulled with age. The closed page edges are soiled. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid.
