WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is bright and complete. It is unclipped, showing the price 7s 6d on the inside flap. The front panel is bright and unfaded, showing an insignificant trace of rubbing to the edges and corners. The spine is very slightly dulled. It shows gentle scuffing and rubbing to the ends. The back panel is bright. Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is square and tight. The boards are clean and unfaded. The upper corners and the base of the spine are gently bruised. The pages are clean. No foxing. The closed page edges are dusty. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is solid and without cracked hinges. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. There is a small bookshop label fixed at the base of the half title. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
