WRAPPER : The evocative period wrapper on this copy ( artwork by Eugene Hastain ) is bright well preserved and complete. It is unclipped. The front panel is unfaded. It is inconsequentially soiled and shows a hint of gentle bruising to the top edge. The spine is sound. It is rubbed and scuffed at the head. The back panel is bright. Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is square and very tight. The boards are very clean. The corners are sharp. The spine ends are gently bruised. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are sound. No dog-eared pages. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A very nice copy in a protected wrapper.
