Pope, Dudley - Ramage and the Freebooters

An uncorrected UK proof ( Advanced Reader's Copy ). This is a decent and bright copy. The covers are intact and unfaded. They are slightly marked and show light creasing at the extremities and corners. The spine is lightly creased. The spine creases are rubbed and there is a small split at the head of the front cover/ spine crease. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are lightly toned and gently soiled. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges or loose pages. There is an ownership inscription ( dated 1969 ) on the reverse of the front cover. Given the fragility of proof copies - particularly of this vintage - this is in solid condition.
