Wrapper : The wrapper on this copy ( artwork by Josh Kirby ) is bright, unfaded and complete. It is - unusually - unclipped, showing the correct price of £9.95. The spine is unfaded. Looks very sharp.

Book : The book is square and tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded, the corners sharp. It shows an insignificant hint of trivial bruising to the spine ends. The pages are clean - there is a mark at the head of pages 168 / 169. The closed page edges are unmarked. No foxing. Whilst not readily discernible, a number of early pages are bruised at the lower leading edge corner. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. No remainder marks. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
