A solid, but inevitably worn copy, complete and without inscriptions. The gilt covers are unfaded and lightly rubbed at the edges. The spine is solid and unfaded - it is gently rubbed at the edges and the ends. The pages are tanned, as are the closed page edges. There is a pen mark on the top edge. No loose pages, tight binding. This copy has been SIGNED to the title page by Philip Pullman. A reasonable copy.
