The front and back boards are very clean. The corners are sharp. The spine is sharp, the spine ends are bruised. The pages are clean, the original endpapers show ghosting. The closed page edges are dulled and gently flecked. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges, no loose pages. There is a neat previous ownership inscription on the half title page. A very nice copy.
