A US first edition, first printing - dated 1932 on the title and the copyright page. Original red cloth, yellow titling to the front board and the spine. Lacking the wrapper. The book is bright, sharp and clean. The boards are unfaded. The lettering on the spine and front board is bright. The text block is clean and bright. The closed page edges are a little dusty - the yellow top stain is dulled. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. There are no previous ownership inscriptions.
