Contains seven essays on the subject of patterned paper by Paul Nash, Phyllis Barron, Sebastian Carter, Enid Marx, Alan Powers and others. With numerous samples of paper tipped in. Yellow cloth spine over patterned paper covered boards. Limited to 300 copies. A fine copy - unfaded, tight and without inscriptions. This copy came from the Bert Eastman collection of private press books. Eastman collaborated with the Incline Press on a number of projects. As noted in a loosely laid in handwritten note from Graham Moss ( publisher of the Incline Press ) Eastman asked for this copy not to be supplied in a slipcase. A handsome production.
