A UK limited edition, following the text of the first edition of 1593. Number of 275 copies. 43 pages. Wood engravings in the text by Horace Walter Bray.
The book: The book is bound in cloth with a marbled design and with a gilt emblem of a raven on the front cover. Titling in gilt on a red leather label on spine. Top edge gilt. Hand made paper. Housed in a slipcase. Bright, tight book. Slightly toned at the spine - as ever and showing minimal rubbing at the corners. Internally very sharp and clean. No inscriptions. The slipcase is intact and solid. It is toned and lightly rubbed at the edges. An attractive production.
