Wrapper : The period wrapper on this copy ( artwork by E J Pagram ) is bright, unfaded and complete. It is unclipped. It shows a single, small chip out at the head of the spine and slight soiling to the white back panel. Looks sharp.

Book : The book is square and very tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. The boards are clean and unfaded, the corners sharp.The pages are clean. The closed page edges are fresh. No foxing. No dog-eared pages. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. An attractive copy in a protected wrapper.
