This special edition was prepared in advance of the hardbound edition and was sold at the Royal Court Theatre where the play premiered in June 2006. With cast list, cast biographies, details of future performances at the royal Court, etc. A UK first edition, first impression. The book is tight. Both the back and front covers are bright, unfaded and clean. The covers are inconsequentially bruised at the edges and lower corners - they are otherwise unmarked and without creases or blemishes. The spine is clean, unfaded and without reading creases. The pages are intact and without markings - there is inconsequential bruising to the lower leading edge corners of four to five pages ( barely visible ). The closed page edges are sound - the lower edge is slightly soiled. The binding is solid - no cracked hinges. There are no previous ownership inscriptions.
