Wrapper : The wrapper on this copy is bright, unfaded and complete. It is unclipped.The front panel is unfaded. Running adjacent to the edges there is a border of gentle soiling. The spine is toned and lightly nicked at the head. The back panel is fresh, showing gentle wear to the top edge. Looks sharp.

Book : The book is square and very tight. The boards are very clean and are unfaded. The corners are sharp. The pages are very clean. The closed page edges are bright. No foxing. No dog-eared pages. The binding is tight - no cracked hinges. There is an ownership inscription, dated 1943 on the front endpaper. A clean and bright copy in a protected wrapper.
