New and Cheaper edition. Undated, c. 1890. Original publisher's pictorial red cloth. No wrapper. The book is sound and tight. The front and back boards are clean and bright, the upper corner on each showing a little ruffling to the cloth. The lettering and design on the front board are bright and bold. The spine is gently sunned, the spine lettering / design is bold. The spine is bruised at the top and bottom. The pages are clean - there is light spotting to the first and last few pages. The closed page edges are dusty and show scattered spotting. The binding is tight. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A decent copy of an uncommon title.
