A UK first edition. Original red cloth titled in gilt. TEG. No wrapper. The book is square and tight. The boards are clean. The corners are sharp. The spine is a little dulled. The spine ends are lightly bruised. The pages are clean - the opening 8 pages or so are foxed. The closed page edges are tanned and slightly dusty. The endpapers are browned. The binding is solid. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. There is a small ownership sticker at the top of the ffep. A nice copy in a protected wrapper.
