WRAPPER : The wrapper on this copy is bright and complete. It is unclipped. It is lightly worn at each the corners and the spine panel is dulled and scuffed at the ends. Well preserved for a wrapper that is over 100 years old ! Looks sharp in protective plastic.

BOOK : The book is square and tight. The boards are bright and clean. The corners are sharp. The spine is a little dulled. The pages are clean . The closed page edges are soiled and browned. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is solid - the board hinges are cracked. No previous ownership inscriptions - there is a small, attractive bookplate on the front pastedown. A bright copy in a protected wrapper.
